On March 18, 2020, Skechers U.S.A., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is temporarily closing its company-owned Skechers retail stores in North America and select European markets through March 28, 2020 and is withdrawing its first quarter 2020 guidance due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and the resulting uncertainty of the global retail landscape. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
