The Company has three reportable segments – domestic wholesale sales, international wholesale sales, and direct-to-consumer sales, which includes e-commerce sales. Management evaluates segment performance based primarily on net sales and gross profit. All other costs and expenses of the Company are analyzed on an aggregate basis, and these costs are not allocated to the Company’s segments. Net sales, gross margins, identifiable assets and additions to property and equipment for the domestic wholesale, international wholesale, direct-to-consumer sales segments on a combined basis were as follows (in thousands):

In response to the State Department’s trade restrictions with Sudan and Syria, the Company does not authorize or permit any distribution or sales of its product in these countries, and the Company is not aware of any current or past distribution or sales of our product in Sudan or Syria.

Reportable segments include those that meet any of the following quantitative thresholds a) it's reported revenue, including sales to external customers and intersegment sales or transfers is 10 percent or more of the combined revenue, internal and external, of all operating segments b) the absolute amount of its reported profit or loss is 10 percent or more of the greater, in absolute amount of 1) the combined reported profit of all operating segments that did not report a loss or 2) the combined reported loss of all operating segments that did report a loss c) its assets are 10 percent or more of the combined assets of all operating segments.
