(3)	GOODWILL AND OTHER INTANGIBLE ASSETS

The Company evaluated the impairment of goodwill and other intangible assets. Based on the evaluation performed, no impairment loss was recorded for the goodwill and other intangible assets during the quarter ended September 30, 2020. As of September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, the net carrying amount of goodwill and other intangible assets were $135.0 million and $72.3 million.
