Skechers Raises Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2006 Financial Guidance

SKECHERS USA, Inc. (NYSE:SKX), a global leader in lifestyle footwear, today announced that it now expects fourth quarter 2006 revenues to be in the range of $295 million to $300 million, which is above the high-end of the Company's previous guidance of $255 million to $265 million, and 32.0 to 34.2 percent higher than fourth quarter 2005 revenues of $223.5 million. The Company now expects diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter to be $0.28 to $0.31, exceeding the Company's previous guidance for the fourth quarter of $0.22 to $0.27.

The Company now expects revenue for fiscal year 2006 to be in the range of $1.196 to $1.201 billion, above its previous guidance of $1.156 to $1.166 billion, and diluted earnings per share for the full year are expected to be between $1.55 and $1.58, exceeding the Company's previous guidance of $1.49 to $1.54.
